Vasiliki Zisaki is a nurse at the Allergy Unit of the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens, since 1990. She was born in Didymoteicho. She holds a degree in Technical Vocational Nursing School. In 2022 she had the postgraduate program in Pediatric Nutrition from Boston University School of Medicine. She studies at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics Science at Harokopio University. Provides nursing support to allergic interventional procedures and actively participates in research protocols of the Allergy Department. In addition to the Allergy Unit of the 2nd Pediatric Clinic, she works in the emergency outpatient clinics of the "P & A Kyriakou" Children's Hospital.
Her scientific assets include participation in Research Programs such as: 1) Europrevall, “The prevalence cost and basis food Allergy across Europe”, 2) Ga²len, “Global Allergy and Asthma European Network”,
3) “Assessment of the effect of an HA Egg Administration for 6 months on the Tolerance Induction to egg in children allergic to egg as compared to a placebo”. Moreover, she has publications in Greek Journals: GA²LEN Addresses the Allergy and Asthma ‘Epidemic’: The Greek experience, Hellenic Allergology and Clinical Immunology 2009. Finally, she has more than 20 presentations at Greek and European conferences, as well as she has given lectures and seminars at Greek congresses.
