The operating structure of the Unit includes Medical Clinics, each with a separate subject area. This contributes to more effective treatment and follow-up of patients and more efficient handling of the more than 7,000 appointments per year. Apart from functioning as outpatient clinics, the Unit is part of the 2nd NKUA Pediatric Clinic and provides consultation on allergic diseases in all the Clinics of the Children's Hospital "P.& A.
