She graduated from the Medical School of Ioannina University in 2010. Thereafter, she attended the ICU of “HYGEIA” Hospital and worked as a primary care physician in General Hospital of Sparta, Health Center of Areopolis, and Bergsjön Clinic, Sweden.. Κατόπιν εργάστηκε ως Ιατρός Υπηρεσίας Υπαίθρου στο Γ.Ν. Σπάρτης, το Κ.Υ. Αρεόπολης και ως Ιατρός Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας στο Bergsjön Σουηδίας.

During her five-year specialty training in Pediatrics in Sweden (2013-2018), she worked in Södra Älvsborg Hospital, Borås, and Queen Silvia Children’s Hospital - Sahlgrenska University, Gothenburg,. After being certified as pediatrician, alongside with her Ph.D engagement she qualified for the national three-year subspecialization program in Pediatric Allergology in the Allergology Department in Queen Silvia Children’s Hospital. She is an active member of the greek ARIA (Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma) team and a member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI). She has numerous presentations in international conferences (PAAM, EAACI, ERS) and publications in high impact journals (Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, Acta Paediatrica, PLOS ONE). She has received honorary scholarships from the Swedish Pediatric Association and the Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association. Έχει παρουσιάσει σειρά επιστημονικών εργασιών σε Διεθνή Συνέδρια (PAAM, EAACI, ERS) και έχει δημοσιεύσεις σε επιστημονικά περιοδικά διεθνούς απήχησης (Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, Acta Paediatrica, PLOS ONE). Για το ερευνητικό της έργο έχει λάβει τιμητικές υποτροφίες (Σουηδικός Παιδιατρικός Σύλλογος και Σουηδική Εταιρία Άσθματος και Αλλεργίας).
